I worked with Chip and Pedro for my roof repair. Chip was very responsive and got us on the books quickly, like within a day or 2 of me calling for an estimate on Thanksgiving weekend. He sent me photos of the damages and provided a reasonable quote within hours of coming out. We agreed to move forward with the project and it was scheduled 2 days later!
