Was told my tanks were pumped, they charged my Card but the tanks were not emptied. She said the GPS shows the truck was in the area. Well why would I call and lie over $32 . Now I will move my rig to the dump station and do it myself. Wry Poor customer service it was 4 pm when I called and no one was available to make sure I was taken care of.
