Would not recommend. We did solar with them a few years ago. Last year they recommended roof replacement, so we let them do the roof. Big Mistake! We have had multiple issues since, with no resolution in sight. All you get is false promises, mis-direction and lack of communication. Look elsewhere for honesty, reliability and follow through. Very impressed with Rise Contracting. They were quick, efficient, and got the job done in one day. Adam Harper explained everything from start to finish and made sure all was done correctly. Highly recommend them!

Worked with Rise to add 2 Powerwalls to our existing solar system. Tony was very helpful providing info and recommendations for the best setup for our home. As the project got going, he was great about communication on updates, and helping move things along. Benjamin, the electrician that installed our Powerwalls, was great as well. He completed the installation quickly, the quality of his work was excellent, and he was very helpful with all questions we had.

Some of my microinverters were not reporting in and unfortunately my installer has since gone out of business. I got in touch with Rise and Tony was able to walk me through some troubleshooting I could try before sending someone out for a service call. Thankfully the issue resolved itself after a breaker reset. If I need service on my installation in the future, I'm definitely reaching out to Rise!

Sadly, it seems like Rise Power is going out of business. They are unable to pay their install/sales partners and their equipment distributors.

My roof has been destroyed by their incompetence. The incident occurred over one month ago and I have had zero communication with company. Mistakes happen I understand but not owning up to your errors is a problem.
