Very frustrating. I put my garbage can out the night before, but they didn’t pick it up because it was slightly off the street, not exactly where they wanted it. When I called, the receptionist told me the driver doesn’t get out of the truck to adjust the cans. If that’s the case, they should mark exactly where they expect them to be placed. Yet the bill still arrives every month, whether they pick up the trash or not.

Saw in the reviews I’m not the only one. If you DONT want your trash picked up make sure to hire Rio Rico Sanitation it’s their specialty. I think I’ve had my trash not picked up more than I have. Oh but of course they promptly charge my billing.

We've had RR Sanitation for about 12 years now and couldn't be any happier that we have their trash pick up services. It beats going to the dump and risking a flat tire on my vehicles. It's very convenient, and they even show up on holidays. Best sanitation company here in Rio Rico and locally owned! We will continue to use their services!!

These people are jerks. They pick and choose when they want to come and what they take, and they leave a mess in their wake.

Excellent service

Horrible service. Haven’t picked up in 2 weeks. Was told they were going to pick up Thursday and they tell me they went on Tuesday. After giving them gate code and verifying they had gate code and still say they were not able to get in. Last week I was told they were going to call me never got a call. This week same.

They use to be great now not so much.
