RCI installed a roof on our deck enclosure in 2019 and ever since that date, it has leaked profusely from multiple areas. We called out the GC and RCI to take a look at the issue and attempt to make repairs and no one has been able to fix it. The wood framing is now rotting and it's going to cost more to fix it than we paid for the entire enclosure. RCI said they would come out and attempt further repairs in early June.
