Jamie from Revival came to our house to repair our upstairs ceiling that was effected by a leak. He was extremely thorough with every step of the process. He prepared the area very well so no dust or paint gets on the carpet and furniture. After he was done, it looked like the leak had never happened :) We appreciate his professionalism and honesty. This company quoted me $650 for a simple drywall repair over the phone. I said "great! Let's do it!" And she said she would send the link right over. Moments later I got a link for an invoice for $725. I called and asked why.....she said she "forgot" the materials. I asked her to discount the labor to account for her error and she told me they're unable to do that. It's a shame that a company would engage in bait-and-switch tactics like this, be dishonest in their quoting practices, and then ref
