Your free estimate advertised is bait and switch. My sister was charged over $200 after a fan was dropped in a crawl space. She paid for the rental as agreed. No mention of any charges prior. Only an emailed bill after she agreed to install a fan system for over $1000 and left a deposit in an actual contract. Which she cancelled because of the shady billing.
