We had a water incident when a faulty A/C overflow pan caused water to pour through our ceiling and a light fixture. The A/C company called in Restoration 1, and their water remediation team (Hector, Lee, Brandon and Spencer) did an amazing job of removing damaged materials and drying everything out. Equally impressive was the restoration team (Christian and Javier) that did an amazing job with sheetrock, texturing and paint matching, so that it looks like the water event never happened. Both
