I can't say enough great things about Resolved Home Services. This past Christmas Eve 12/24/25 my hot water heater went out on me. I had used Resolved Home Services in the past and called their business number at 7:30am the following day on Christmas. I left a message that I did not expect a call back that day but if they could please call me on 12/26/25 as my hot water heater was not working and I needed someone to come to my home and inspect my current unit ASAP. I received a call back t 8:00a

Cody did an excellent job explaining my water heater situation and provided several options for me to make the best decision for my needs. Service was quick and professional, would definitely work with them again on future plumbing needs.
