Matt and Kandice both are wonderful to work with. Great communication and jobsite coordination from this homebuilding team. They use tried and true local contractors which is a huge benefit when scheduling work to be done in a timely manner.

RES was the contractor that we chose to build our dream home. It was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.
