I didn't know if this is common or if they just didn't want my business. Only good part was they sent the scary quotes before coming out and charging me after hours fees for something they knew no reasonable person would pay. But they sent quotes for anywhere from $1800 to $3000 that could have gone higher for a clogged pipe. luckily we cleared it ourselves finally. Their response is inaccurate. They never showed up. Alex came out and was AWESOME. He did not charge me the after hours Fees as he had to come out on a sunday. He was able to run a quick diagnostic to see if I had a leak or not. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend if you're needing any plumbing needs to give reliant a call.

We called around 8 PM after experiencing a devastating shop fire- the area that was plumbed for a bathroom was melted and leaking. We had the sheriff and crew on site and were told we were clear to have the pipe capped. Spoke to someone at Reliant said yes we have someone in Killeen on a job let me speak to them and get them out to you. He just stopped answering his phone after that- all night and this morning. Added a huge amount of stress and we would have moved on to a different company soone

Paid 6k down on a water heater. Service came and installed the water. Charged me the full amount of 12k. Called once we realized we’ve overpaid. Since then this company has given every excuse and reason not to give us the refund even though we have in writing the bid invoice and cc statements to show the mismatch along with an email from Reliant showing the amount we are due. Scamming people when you owe. Making a family pay double deposit and promises a refund then doesn’t come through with refund in this economy is bad bad bad business. Refund the people!!

Roman with Reliant did a great job replacing a leaking toilet supple valve for me today. He made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated the proper functioning of the toilet with no leaks. Very nice and professional.

They charged $350 for something that I later found several other plumbers in the area do for free. That is all the money this company will ever get from me.
