We were very happy with the construction of our pergola! We definitely recommend Reliable Shutters and Screens. From HOA and permitting to engineering and inspections, they were very attentive to all aspects. Leo, our salesman, was personable and easy to reach throughout the process. He explained in detail every step of the project and provided a stellar design that we will be happy with for years to come!

Very disappointed. The pergola came out nice but after a few months, the ceiling developed these awful stains. I have contacted them several times in the past two months. They keep saying they’ll send someone to take a look. No one has come. Also, they took a while to submit the permit request so installation took longer than usual. Once installation week came, they claimed the price of aluminum had gone up and I was on the hook for more money. They said it was on the contract when I complained.

Amazing job, extremely professional, material the best quality. Good communication between the customers and office and staff. Extremely Happy. Strong recommend
