Company came in and trashed 2 unit bathrooms. One was trampled and soiled, tenants had to throw out rugs, spent 2 hours cleaning and ended up with gashes on the walls/tub. Second unit was worse, rod came out the other side, destroyed the bathroom curtains and rods, luckily no one was hurt. Greg came out to unclog our drain and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly while he worked. He removed a HUGE root clog from the line, inspected the drain afterward, and made sure I understood what was going on and what to watch for in the future. This is the pace to call for all plumbing needs (especially if you live in Gary because none of the other companies service Gary at all, despite what the websites say)! It was an emergency (last minute) sewer line back up and they came out within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The workers were respectful and provided an excellent service! Thank you!
