They worked with my home warranty company, bugged them, and then fast-tracked my water heater installation because I had been without hot water for nearly 3 weeks. Very professional.

Home warranty sent them out to fix a leaky hose spigot outside. The plumber came, turned off the water, and broke the spigot off. Then he told me it would be an extra $625 to fix the spigot he broke because he would have to open up the wall to repair it. I had another plumber here within an hour. He replaced the broken spigot and turned my water back on for $275. Home warranty company credited me $300 and the $95 service fee for the incident and noted my account to never send this company back

Corey came out and diagnosed a bad T&P valve and was able to replace it in record time very professionally. We discussed a couple of other things we were planning on doing and not sure who we could get to drill through granite and he said he had the bits and what was needed so we are going to schedule him to come back fairly soon and finish our RO water spicket that has never been installed. We previously had Relentless replace our water heater and have no issues with anyone we delt with. Highl

I almost hate to have to update my previous review on Tanner but it's the only way. I can't say enough about Relentless. This time my water heater burst and I was excited when the warranty company connected me with Relentless again. Dylan came out and did a masterful job of explaining what was happening, installing the new water heater etc. It is an intentional thing to be professional, friendly and customer facing ..
