This is our second time using Reinke. 5 stars for the people in the office who got me right on the schedule asap, and 5 stars for the tech Robert who showed up on time and did a very professional job! All were helpful, knowledgeable friendly and professional.I will recommend them to all.

I would give this company a negative star if possible. The office staff are unprofessional and rude. The technicians do not know what they are doing. We have paid them over $450 dollars for 3 service calls within a month and our air conditioner is still not working. They just put a bandage on the problem and got it running again but did not look into what is causing the real problem so ours stopped working within 2 hours of the tech leaving, and we could not get ahold of anyone for them to come
