What a disaster! I called Reinhart based upon a recommendation from the realtor when I moved in. The job was to install two new plugs in a closet (about a 1 hour job) and to replace a bathroom fan. The fan should have taken about 1/2 hour to remove, 1/2 hour to cut the new template, and 1/2 hour to install the new fan. As it turns out, the fan I had required an adapter to fit the existing duct, so add another 1/2 hour to go 1 mile to the local hardware store. Total of about 3 hours. But, Nooooo,
