Our floors look so amazing! Both our installer, Elvis, and our coordinator, Janie, were amazing as well and have been very helpful in assisting along the way! We will be using Refloor again to install new floors upstairs next!

Excellent Floor Consultant Eddie came to our home at the appointed time. Personable and polite He even took his shoes off. He was knowledgeable and no pressure for us to purchase but WE DID! Very happy ! Post note: Floor was installed in less than a day. The work was meticulously done. Ed, the customer service guy kept in touch during the install and was professional and courteous.. Overall: very happy!
