I have never dealt with this company in the past. I was going to try somebody new as my current contractor was unavailable for timing. After 30 seconds on the phone with the lady who answered. It was clear that they are rude and do not have proper training For their office staff. I would encourage them to Research with other successful companies and train accordingly. Tom and his foreman Brian were outstanding to work with! They were very professional and the job finished is outstanding! Brian went above and beyond in meeting me halfway between Prescott and Phoenix to get new tiling - on two occasions. Quality of work is excellent!
