I scheduled a time for someone to come out and give an estimate for a bathroom renovation project. Ryan was right on time and very professional. He took longer than I'd anticipated, but that was fine. But then, nothing. No email, no estimate. I reached out through text to see if they just needed extra time, but still got crickets. Maybe they're a good company to work with but I'll never know as I went with someone else who actually followed through.
