Got 3 estimates. Red Sky was the lowest and has the best warranty (30 year for underlayment. It's also transferable. Also 7 year warranty on work) Had a lot of wood rot (roof was 27 years old). Everything was corrected. Great office staff, emailed me everyday with pictures and updates. The work crew was courteous.
