Had a challenging drain clog due to rust buildup and Armando was able to handle it plus he installed a better access point for future clean outs. This was done back in November of 2023.

We had a water leak from our ceiling that we couldn't pinpoint. We called RedHat and they sent out Armando. He took time to clearly explain the situation and what he would need to do to locate the leak and confirmed the approach with us before proceeding.
