Water damage in restroom. My roommates and I noticed some black dirt or something on the restroom wall and the wallpaper had started to peel. My friend said it was black mold and normal mold removers were not working. My dad recommended we contact this company and they were great–mold is gone and we are happy.

Called Reactic for a quote about some borderline water damage. They had a project manager (James) on site within a couple hours. He was thorough and checked all of the areas of concern I had, and explained the reasoning behind a few other spots. He explained that while he would be happy to get a crew out and do the work, it probably didn't require the pros. This level of integrity is huge, and very much appreciated. Thanks James!
