I had a new build and Ray and his crew came out to do all the plumbing from start to finish and did an amazing job! Always discussed options, never felt like they were trying upsell and in fact thought they were trying to save me money when possible. Crew was friendly and communicative. I hired Ray Ross Plumbing to replace a simple tub/shower valve and spout, and they turned a working bathroom into a nonstop headache. Initially I needed to fix a very stiff bathtub handle. There was no leak at all before their work. Immediately afterward, the new spout started dripping every 3 minutes, and the hot and cold handles stopped working independently—turning the hot off would also kill the cold, which is completely wrong for a two‑handle tub.
