I called this company because they seemed legitimate, but the experience was disappointing. The person who came out showed little interest in communicating and barely engaged in conversation. After briefly looking at the trees, he said the job wasn’t for him because he couldn’t remove them. That was surprising, since there is plenty of space in the backyard and no nearby structures that would make the job difficult. All the trees are located at the far end of the yard, so access isn’t an issue.
