I’m giving this a 3 star becuase when it works it works however their service customer service number is very unhelpful the first thing they want to do is send a tech out for 250$ then tell you all the extra fees for a filter when they should have said all these fees when they sell it because we would not have it their are many other companies that do lifetime service calls and actually can HELP u figure out what’s going wrong i spoke with emily and she was supposed to call me back NEVER DID. wh

You installed our system 1 year ago. We have had 4 technicians come out to check on the system and every time they told us that the previous technician didn’t install the system correctly. You guys have failed miserably. The soap deal we had. Never got any soap. The system has used any salt this entire year.
