I had a busted Moen tub cartridge. Within 60 minutes of my call, a repairman was dispatched (Jesse). He was very courteous and professional, and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. I am a repeat customer and will call Rinaldi for any plumbing needs, as my default go-to plumber.

I had a water line leaking, water gushing everywhere. You could not see the meter box at all. Michael arrived on time and quickly got to work. He went in and was able to turn off both meters (mine and my neighbors) and determined that it was on the county side. He informed me to call their after hours phone number and have them come out to fix it. He was very helpful and explained to boil water before drinking or cooking with it until it is fixed. I really appreciate his help!
