Shawn with Rain of Las Vegas just came out and replaced our old water softener. He did a great job and made it simple and very fast. We had a time window for our appointment and their office called to let us know they would be running behind schedule. I was very happy they called ahead and we didn't have to sit around waiting. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company.
