I was unfortunate to have water coming in through my basement floor and had to call Rad, I spoke with owner Danilo. He came out right away found the issue and addressed it right away. He was professional, staff cleaned and they finished everything right away. I have my system for about 8 months no issues and we had had plenty of rain storms. I recommend them with my eyes closed.
