I worked with; Chris, Alex, Adam, Rick and his on-site team. My sump pump was connected to a downspout which was either crushed or irrivokably clogged, causing what can only be described as a fountain when it would rain and the sump pump came on. Rick and his team were able to deploy a new downspout along with a Pop-Up Drainage Emitter. I would strongly recommend Quality Basement Solutions. Highly professional and just great to work with.

Our experience with QBS was great from start to finish. We had them repair a couple cracks in our basement. Communication was great throughout (responsive to emails within minutes!), and they always arrived on time. The crew that did the exterior crack repair was efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

So far so good! Quality basement solutions team came out and waterproofed my basement by repairing a drain line in the wall. They were very polite and even cleaned up their mess. I would recommend them if you are needing your basement water problem fixed. They even gave me a warranty that can transfer to new owners if I move.

Having to have a basement repair completed because you have to, is never fun, stressful, and was not at the top of list of things to do this year. However, it had to be done and this was a great team of folks to work with from start to finish.
