I called their office to seek assistance with a leak and mold issue in our dental office. The representative I spoke to informed me that they don’t handle mold at all. However, when I mentioned that their website explicitly states that they specialize in mold removal and should update their website accordingly, the representative dismissed my concerns. I was not impressed with their customer service.

We had never experienced a home fire. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped us get through it.
