Phil at Puro Water was who came out and installed our house water filtration and RO faucet. The process in whole was a huge headache with this company. The 1st cabinet they installed was improper for the water filtration system. The doors on the cabinet would not even shut all the way. Phil will try to leave it as is if something is not correct. Shopped all the systems (AO Smith, AquaOx, RainSoft) and the Puronics system was the highest quality of them all. Keep in mind, they’re all similarly priced, but Puronics filters more while not dropping your water pressure. Bill, owner of Puro, was very knowledgeable, worked with me on pricing, and his install was clean and quick. The system is working perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with what it’s done for the quality of the water throughout our home.
