The old owners and their daughter were rude. The daughter never said hi or thank you or anything. Their demeanor was unfriendly. All before the pandemic. The new owner and his stuff are very friendly. I started going back to water to go on 6 Ave Tacoma! The staff do a good job for the most part. I do notice from time to time they don't rinse out of the gallons containers. They need to be rinse out every time because they can build up dust.

I moved here about 10 months ago and found this place searching the internet. I am so happy I did they are always polite and helpful, carry the heavy jugs to my car! At Christmas they had a special if I bought a card I would get an extra $20 added (no charge for this card) it’s just easier to give them my number when I buy now. A great bunch of workers too!!

Great customer service, quick, parking is ok considering big bottles to get in and out, BUT, the employees are always helpful 👌🏻 There is a membership/discount prices, look it up. They have alkaline and purified water. Also bottles big and small, some other health products. Thank you, we will be back many times😊
