Dave and the staff were great in getting the club's pools open, balanced and ready for inspection. The office staff is courteous and helpful. The staff that came out several times over a couple weeks worked hard and were knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with Puraqua to this point.

Whatever you do, don’t call these guys. Their technician lost a bunch of parts and left my system disassembled. I called 9 times and they took my message each time but nobody ever called me back, to this day. Found someone else who finally managed to put it all back together but PurAqua cost me months and a lot of money.
