Very disappointed with the PumpMan. We did business with them for years at a few of our apartment complexes. Then out of nowhere, they said they will no longer service our properties. No notification, no explanation...NOTHING. Mind you, we never missed a payment or had any type of falling out. I never even disputed an invoice but they would not give me a reason why...they said "it's a strategic move". I believe they had a management change and this was a result of that BUT not a good way to cond
