Had a minor emergency due to a broken irrigation valve. Couldn’t turn the shut off valve. Called PDS and within minutes Mike showed up, very pleasant and efficient! He got the water off, and made me smile. What a great employee you have! Thank You!

Terribly disappointed that they didn't answer the phone today, 2-13-25 when I called to report a no water event. Instead, I had to listen to a high pitched xylophone triad repeating itself every ring. Very annoying. Why not post on line or your website what was going on in the Winterhaven neighborhood, instead of avoiding our calls?? Very poor customer service from a former Water Utility manager.

Bad customer service. Requested to transfer service to new home with overlaping service for one month on the old address. Water was cutoff on a Friday. Called customer service. They automatically assumed the water was cutoff due to non-payment even though the agent did not have access to the account. The agent did not believe my assertion about the account never being late.
