PSE&G has the most boneheaded service. You call the number and it asks if you want to hold your place in line. Don't hangup because they will call you back. I've done tis 3x in the last 3 days and NO ONE CALLS BACK!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. Get it together and DO BETTER!
