ProWest completed the re-roof of my home in 2024. They did a great job. Now, a year and a half later, I had a small issue with a buckling flashing. I called ProWest and spoke with a very nice lady that took the info and said that I would get a call from the warranty guys in a couple of days - amazingly, I did! The warranty guy changed his schedule to accommodate mine - unheard of! and then, to top it off, the crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and took care of the problem in a flat 1

One of your guys came to our door with a gun on his hip advertising trying to leave his card . You guys go door to door to intimidate us ? You going to shoot me if I don’t buy ? What’s wrong with ya ?
