They only like taking on one time big payout jobs like clean up and installation it seems. Don’t use them for maintenance. It started out good but this year they started slacking really badly. Paid for the tier that includes removing weeds, leaves etc. and they almost always only mow and blow. Also don’t come very often and never responds unless you tell them hey I wanna pay extra for ____ service. Haven’t been here for over a month now and no communication.

Horrible management. Their listed phone number goes directly to an unnamed voicemail box and nobody ever returns your calls. Used their services for just over a year, just wanted our lawn mowed. They killed FIVE star jasmine plants, despite being told several times not to mow or edge in that area, and totally dodged responsibility for it. Property Care Northwest did an excellent job installing turf. What was once a patchy, high maintenance area is now clean, green, and looks great year round. They were professional, showed up on time, communicated clearly, and finished exactly when they said they would. The work was done with care and the site was left spotless when they wrapped up.
