After researching many of the plumbers in the Westchester area I ended up going with Proflow. John did a fantastic job installing the newly released Toto Aurora bidet with the S7A washlet seat. Fair + honest feedback and pricing as well, which is rare in these parts. Highly recommend if you are wanting to install a high-end item.

John arrived at the exact time he said he would. He took care of multiple problems including replacing corroded copper pipping, vanity install and boiler and water heater flush. We couldnt be happier with the workmanship. We will be calling Proflow for all of our plumbing and heating issues in the future!

John was a great communicator and clearly very knowledgable. He was able to do some much needed maintenance on an ejector pump and implemented some additional small improvements to ensure future maintenane is easy to manage. He was professional and a pelasure to work with. I highly recommed proflow in the future and will be using him again for additional projects.

John did a fantastic job identifying where a leak in our ceiling was coming from (steam heat pipe in the wall), then fixing it. He communicated clearly about what was needed and kept us updated as the repair progressed. His rates were very reasonable too. We will definitely hire him for other plumbing projects!

Proflow and John are the real deal. Excellent communication and top notch service. John went above and beyond to make sure our new heat pump hot water heater was working flawlessly before signing off. Highly recommend and will certainly work more with proflow in the future.
