Realigned roof tiles that had been blown off

Brandon Urzua from PRS came out to assess my roof for potential wind damage. He was very congenial and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated that he provided a root cause analysis for some window damage, connecting it back to a loose tile, which was very helpful. He also submitted a comprehensive report of his findings and recommendations. The quote for the repair was reasonable. Based on this thorough inspection, I plan to move forward with scheduling the work with PRS.
