I had an appointment with John. The office called to say they had double-booked and the appt was rescheduled. On the day that it was rescheduled, I had to unexpectedly pick up my son from school, making me a few min late. I called the office to notify them and apologize but, after two attempts where the phone rang with no reply, i had no choice but to call back the following day.
