I spoke with an operator who informed me the technician would provide a quote upon arrival. The technician, Gil, called shortly after and gave me a 30-minute ETA. I specifically asked for a quote before any work was performed. He told me the quote would follow an assessment, which I found unusual but agreed to, stating there was no rush and to keep me updated on timing.
