I called yesterday to see about having someone come out and check the drains on a basement sink and toilet. We are remodeling and our contractor suggested that it would be a good idea. Very professional employees were the best

Late on a Sunday night, our kitchen sink drain backed up to a very slow trickle. Our dual-basin kitchen sink was filling up through the drains and took 25 minutes to slowly drain down. This put the sink, dishwasher and clothes washer out of service since they all drain through the same line. (Wife wasn't happy... :-( ) I called ProDrain at 8:00 AM on Monday and they immediately got me an service window for 10:00AM to 12:00PM.
