Mike came out and replaced my water pressure regulator. He noticed on a previous visit that there was some corrosion. I lived in this house over 15 years and didn’t realize that 5-10 years is the recommended replacement period for San Diego due to sediment. Awesome job! A water pipe got damaged when i was changing my toilet valve. Called Mike and he quickly came, opened up the dry wall, fixed the pipe, replaced the valve with high quality parts and also gave me a few tips so next time i try to fix something i dont destroy my house.
