I would strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. My master bathroom project ended up taking over a year from the first bid. Along the way, I almost lost my mind trying to just keep in communication with the team after several subcontractors no-showed at my house countless times. At one point, I called the office every single morning just to see if someone would be coming out. I had a newborn at the beginning of the project and we were trying to plan around her sleeping schedule

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company to work with. Customer service is slim to none and when we asked why we weren't getting customer service we were told we didn't pay for it and then the contractor quit claiming we were harassing him. All we did was inquire what was going on with our project and after asking several times with no response we were frustrated.
