Amazing experience with Prestige Protected in Cary, North Carolina. We had a horrible smell every time we turned on the AC, and they found a dead mouse inside the HVAC system causing the issue. The team arrived on time, worked over 5.5 hours cleaning all the air ducts, and sanitized everything with eco-friendly products safe for pets and family. They were honest, professional, and transparent from the beginning. They showed us before and after photos and never tried to upsell unnecessary service

Dryer vent cleaning. Quick scheduling, technician Nathan was fantastic. Professional, thorough, good communication. Someone had been cleaning our dryer duct from the outside of the house, I didn’t realize how important it was to do it from the dryer connection. Badly clogged.
