We moved into this house 5 years ago and had never used the fireplace. I called these guys and had Idan out to do an inspection. He was super friendly, explained everything to us and was happy to answer questions. He even showed us pictures of what he was talking about. We ended up having some additional repairs that needed done, but Idan was able to do the cleaning that day, get us on the schedule for repairs, and was super communicative throughout the rest of the process.
