I am having the same experience as others with this company. Once the purchase is complete and you need anything else, forget about them answering calls or emails. I've tried everything to get in contact with them and have not received any response. If you are looking to purchase a portable building, try somewhere else.

The customer service is great before you buy. If anything happens after your purchase, don't expect them to answer any phone calls or emails to help you. I wish I would have paid a bit more and gone somewhere that supports their customers even after the purchase.

Found a good sale with premier building compare to others around Tucson & don’t make a big deal like tuff shed. The process is pretty simple was in and out quickly & Debby did a great job with running the details etc the quality of the build is wonderful and definitely loving the colors, oh the shipping was pretty quick as well and did a great job leveling it on the ground. Definitely satisfied 👍 better than paying 200$ on uhaul and would never own it
