Quick and easy fix

The technician came promptly as scheduled. He surveyed the broken part on our 40 year-old door, and the overall condition of the door. He presented 3 levels of service: 1) Repair the door 2) repair the door and do preventative maintenance work or 3) replace the door. We chose for him to do the repair and preventative maintenance.
