The Technician (Daniel) who came to my home was friendly, knowledgeable and great at explaining his inspection process to me while he attempted to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my opener. I ended up having the opener replaced because it was 30+ years old and the electrical components were starting to fail. Matthew was on time and extremely polite. He installed what we needed on the spot and took the time to make sure that everything was exactly right and that we fully understood how to use everything.
